What is a virtual assistant?
A virtual assistant (VA) is a professional who provides administrative and other support services to businesses, organisations, and individuals remotely, using various communication tools to interact with clients. Virtual assistants can handle a wide range of tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing email and social media accounts, creating presentations, taking minutes, and much more!
There are many reasons why you need a virtual assistant.
Here’s some great reasons why:
Cost-effectiveness: Hiring a virtual assistant can be more cost-effective than hiring a full-time employee.
Why? You have no holiday, sick pay, or NI contributions to make, so although a VA costs more at an hourly rate, the cost of outsourcing is considerably lower in the long term than employing somebody on a permanent basis.
Flexibility: We work flexibly around the hours that suit your organisation. So whether you want 5 or 40 hours a month we can help. In your organisation are some months quieter than others? No problem, we will factor that into your contract.
Increased productivity: By outsourcing certain tasks to us, you can free up your time to focus on more important tasks and increase productivity. Sometimes procrastination takes over on tasks we don’t enjoy or put to the bottom of our to-do list - we get these tasks done in no time!
Expertise: We have skills and expertise in specific areas. The team has skills in social media management, web updates, project management tools, Mailchimp, Mailerlite, any sort of admin imaginable, analysing data, data entry plus much more.
Scalability: As your organisation grows our OBM’s and VA’s work together to ensure your business grows at a pace you are both prepared for and comfortable with.

We have been offering a competitor analysis service since the very beginning.
What does this entail?
You give us your top competitors and what it is you want to find out.
What do we report on?
Customer service levels. The way the phone is answered, and how quickly the call is answered. Whether the person on the phone is friendly and if they ask probing questions to find out more from us as the customer. We tell you what recommendations they make and if we would buy from them.
We put ourselves in your shoes to dig deep and ask as many relevant questions as possible to see how they are servicing your customers.
In the emails, we are looking to see who is giving the most information and who is going the extra mile.
When we analyse their social media we are looking at the type of posts they are creating, what their engagement levels are and how often they are posting.
Why is this so valuable?
Clients have told us that they have been able to implement changes within their businesses to stay at the top of their game. If a competitor offers a service that they didn’t, they have made sure that has gone into their forward-thinking strategy to ensure they are providing the highest levels of service to their customers with the best range of products and services.
Packages:
£149 - 3 competitors, 2 questions - 1 by phone and 1 by email. You get a thorough written report, with recommendations, to help you improve areas of your business.
£149 - 3 competitors - 2 social media platforms to review and compare with yours and a website analysis looking at functionality, tone, and how theirs compares with yours.
£249 - Package 1 and 2 combined for your top 3 competitors.
